He is survived by: his wife Vickie Joy Rabalais Scallan; his children, Jessica Rose Scallan Fidler (Brett Fidler), Sarah Grace Soerries (Adam Soerries) and Kalan Rock Scallan (Huazhen Scallan); his stepmother Patricia Scallan; and his sisters, Leslie Roy, Carla Couvillon, Dr. Elise Scallan, Teenie Laborde, Toni Fritzgerald and Julie Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
