He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Smith and Winona Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Becky), Leslie (Ken), Laura (Joe) and Katie (Frank); his grandchildren, Ben, Dayton, Hannah, Avery, Keely, Kamryn and Ryker; and his great grandchildren, Adalie, Alexandra and Macie.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service (5757 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
