He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton B Causey and Nettie Sunday Causey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Doyle Causey; his children, Cheryl Rogers (Patrick) and Alan Causey (Cindy); his brother Jim Causey; and his granddaughters, Courtney Dickinson (Colton) and Cristen Smith (Adam).
After completing his education, Jack served in the U.S. Army, where he made invaluable contributions to his country.
