He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis M. Garland and Helen M. Garland (Shores); his grandson Adam McCullough; and his brother Kenneth Garland. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Debbie McCullough; his granddaughter Mary Leigh McCullough; and his siblings, C. Dean Garland, Betty Wright and Joyce Waffle.
