He is survived by: his wife Erin; his sons, Connor and Colin; his siblings, Brandie Harris (Danny) of Broken Arrow, Adam Polk of Kansas City and Matt Polk (Cara) of Joplin; his stepsiblings, Mollie Dees of Seneca, David Wyrick (Beretta) of Joplin and Michael Wyrick of Wichita; his stepfather Phil Wyrick of Joplin; and his nieces and nephews, Cadence Kahre, McKenna Harris, Madison Harris, Isabelle Polk, Alana Polk, Keagan Harris and Marek Polk. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
