He was predeceased by: his parent Vivian Hazel "Pat" Miller; his sister Kathy Smith; and his niece Tami Ross. He is survived by: his significant other Eva Arlene Leak; his sons, Scott Leak and Douglas Leak (Kellie); his grandchildren, Jessica Leak, Paige Leak, Zachary Leak (Ashlee) and Natalie Wilkinson (Jacob); and his sister Wanda "Mikki" Gordon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
