He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Arthur Horn and Elsie Horn (Kerns) of Virginia; his children, Jimmy Keith Vermillion and Lynn Kimball; and his aunt Doey Kerns.
He is survived by: his wife Tressa Horn; and his children, Patti Vermillion Rizatto (Tony) of Owasso, OK, Belinda Marie Francois (Brian) of St. Rose, IL, Missy Horn of Ada, OK, Debbie Hallum of Ada, OK, Jack Ray Vermillion of Tulsa, OK, Jerry Allen Vermillion of Tulsa, OK and Steve James Horn of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
