James Beattie Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of James Beattie in Tulsa, Oklahoma. James, born on March 15, 1941, passed away on October 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Beattie and Thelma Beattie (Farr); and his brother Stephen Beattie. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Beattie; his sons, James Scott Beattie Jr. (Susan) and William E. Beattie; his stepchildren, Heather (Patrick), Russ (Kristin) and Richard (Angelique); his grandchildren, Ruthy, Lukas, Zachary (Josie), Bethany Bennett and Tyler; his great grandchild Christopher; and his sister Ann Faye Rose.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moore's Southlawn Chapel (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Moore Southlawn Chapel (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
