He is survived by: his wife Debbie Smith; his children, Jeremiah Smith of Chouteau, Joshua Smith (Mechell) of Mazie, Johnnie Smith of Joplin and Sammay Blackwell (Landon) of Pryor, Oklahoma.; his brother Joe Long; and his sister-in-law Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
