He is survived by: his father James Gerber Douthat; his sister Diane Douthat Finch; his brother-in-law Charles Finch; his stepsisters, Tami Benson and Leslie Bradshaw; his brother-in-law Mike Bradshaw; his son-in-law Tyler Cassidy; his grandson Elias Cassidy; his wife Patricia Myers; and his family, Ric and Secret Santa.
