He is survived by: his children, David (Rhonda) of Branson, Missouri and Michelle (Scott Hubbard) of Perkins, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Bradley (Alea Hubbard), Laura Kalka of Carney, Oklahoma, Brandon Hubbard of Perkins, Oklahoma, Paul and Jonathan Bute of Branson, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Karlie, Benjamin Kalka, Catlin and Dillon Hubbard; his sister Barbara Bender of La Junta, Colorado; and his brother-in-law Joe Birkey of Twin Falls. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
