He is survived by: his wife April Bowers-Parham; his children, Tracy Parham of Oklahoma City, Jason Parham of Carrollton, Texas, Christian West of Mustang, Oklahoma, Kristie Parham-Bell of Wylie, Texas and Tonya Pennock of Stroud, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Cristal, Marc, Bailie and Thayer. He is also survived by family members and friends.
