He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ratcliffe and Dorothy Ratcliffe (Gibson). He is survived by: his daughters, Amelia Joy Ratcliffe of Tulsa and Catherine Maxine Ratcliffe (Skip McMahan) of Tulsa; his brother Forrest Ratcliffe (Terri) of Broken Arrow; and his niece Nicole Lynn Ratcliffe. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
