He was predeceased by: his parents, Eston Theodore and Willie Emma Parker (Eason); his former wife LaFern Parker (Heck); his son Steven Parker; and his siblings, Ernest, William, Roger, Steve, Anna Mae Tolbert, Berniece Clemons and Wanda Faye Criswell.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia White; his son Mark Parker (Karen) of Mounds; his daughter-in-law Mary Parker of Tulsa; his son David Parker (Michele) of Columbia, MO; his grandchildren, Lindsay Vanderwoude of Mounds, Andy Parker (Molly) of Dallas, Kelly Jeurjens (Jacob) of Bensenville, IL, Jon Parker (Megan) of Antioch, TN, Michael Parker of Tulsa, Hannah Engle (Hunter) of El Reno, Brayden Parker (Maggie) of Arlington, VA, Jacie Grimsley (Jamey) of Omaha, Maddie Parker of St. Louis and Kylee Breaux (Peyton) of Mount Juliet, TN; and his sister Linda Johnson (Johnny) of Dewitt, AR. He is also survived by many other "cousins" and lifelong friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Floral Haven Rose Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
