He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Sandra Faye Maske Calvin (Steve) and Wendy Susanne Maske Cash (Cris); his stepson Scott Calvin (Susie); his grandchildren, Danielle Susanne Martin, Trevor Joseph Calvin (Jillian), James Scollin Cash, Madeleine Ann Calvin Brown (Scott), Baylor Joseph Calvin, Cooper Daniel Cash and Carly Danielle Cash; his sister Marilyn; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary and Joy.
Memorial donations can be made to St. John's Episcopal Church and Clarehouse (hospice house).
