He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Delight Thomas Whiteley; and his grandmother Martha Ann Whiteley. He is survived by: his wife Jody Stovall; his children, Gena Maria Nelson (Allen) of Tulsa, Robert Allen Stovall (Barbie) of Japan and Angela Renee Wheaton (Tom) of Golden, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Alex Bradshaw (Harley) of Tulsa, Sawyer Allen Nelson of Dallas, Max Bradshaw (Dehra) of Tulsa, James, Estella, Jesse Stovall of California, Emmanesta Stovall of Hawaii, William Wheaton and Maria Wheaton of Golden, Colorado.; and his great grandchildren, Wesley Bradshaw, Bryce Bradshaw, Sadie Conn, Oscar Conn and Stella Stovall Hess.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service (1204 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74362). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant View Baptist Church (2243 S 426 Rd, Pryor, OK 74361).
