He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Willis; and his parents, James McWhorter Willis and Katherine Pyeatt (Kearney). He is survived by: his children, Ronald Willis (Barbara) of Tulsa, Jeanine O'Neill of Orlando and Steven Willis of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, James O'Neill and Jaina O'Neill.
