It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane K. Wilcox of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in New York, New York, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Irving Charles Keller and Ernestine Downey Keller; her husband Richard P. Wilcox Jr. (Phil); her brother Steve Keller; her children, Rick and Jennifer (Landon); her granddaughter Rose; her siblings-in-law, Mike (Julie), Tim, Vicki and Stephanie; her nephews, Michael, Garrett, Stefan, Nick, Braden, Stephen and Kristopher; and her niece Haley.
