With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet H Dameron of Tulsa, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Janet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janet farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred L. Hoyt and Helen Meyers Hoyt; her son Stephen Hoyt Miles; her husband Kyle Dameron; her half-siblings, Vivian Hoyt Birdseye (George) and Frederick J. Hoyt; her pet Years; and her niece Elizabeth Birdseye Alexander (Stan). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145). A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery-Oklahoma City (13313 N Kelley Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73131).
