She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Mayo and Wilma Mayo (Baker); her children, Ronald Eugene (Kathleen), Robert Eugene (Kathy) and Carol Jean Quinn (Misak); her husband Carl Misak; her grandchildren, Aaron, Christine, Tarra, Elizibeth and Evan; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Henry, Cooper, Jolene, Thomas, Bryce and Anthony; her sister Treva; her brother-in-law Al Medlam; her niece Sandy; and her nephew Jon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clarehouse Hospice, 7617 S. Mingo Rd, Tulsa, OK 74133, and sent in care of the mortuary.
