It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Renee Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ramer and Jeanette Swank; and her grandchildren, Dakota and Cheyenne Janice. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Haines, Joey Smith and Jason Smith; her brothers, Brian Ramer (Erica) and Charles Ramer (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Keaton Smith, Madison Smith, Ethan Smith and Matea Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
