She is survived by: her mother Helen Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; her children, Jayme Claunch (Allan) and Jeffrey Tate (Stacey); her grandchildren, Dylan and Maggie Tate; her brother Jerry Smith (Pam); her sister-in-law Meta Tate; her niece Mikal Tews (Quinton); and her cousin Geary Musselman.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5111 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74145).
