He was predeceased by: his stepfather Eddie Gardner; his half-brother Terry Scott Davis; and his grandparents, William Davis and Jo Alice Bailey Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Danny Davis (Tammie) of Smithville and Phyllis Kirby Gardner of Batesville; his stepsisters, Amy Gardner (Paul Schaffer) of San Jose and Kelly Olson (Chris) of Austin; and his grandparents, Marvin Kirby and Nell McDoniel.
