He is survived by: his father Max Edmondson (Woolsey) of Cassville, Missouri; and his siblings, Jon Edmondson and Holly Fisher of Tulsa, Oklahoma..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fohn Funeral Home (1303 N Main St, Cassville, MO 65625). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, or to the Community Foundation of the Ozarks (Cassville) in memory of Jay.
