He is survived by: his mother Donna Gruewell; his wife Mary Case; his daughter Amanda Treat; his grandchildren, Thaddeus and Sadie Treat; his stepfather Gary Atkinson; his father Ivan Eugene; his stepmother Becky Case; and his siblings, Cheryl Case Papalia (Enzo), Kim Atkinson Williams (Dennis), Cathy Case Stagge (Mark), Chris Atkinson, Maggie Plyler (Dennis), Robert Havener (Mary Lou) and Carol Edmonson (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the RiverCrest Chapel (13329 S Memorial Dr, Bixby, OK 74008).
Their partnership blossomed into a life of purpose and service, guiding Jeff through nearly 45 years between St. Francis Hospital and the Warren Foundation, a career to which he was truly dedicated and loved.
