He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Barker and Viola Irene Morris Barker; his former wife Mary Jeanne Cox; and his wife Susan Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelli Gambler, Sarah Anne Gayle of Talala and Jeri Lyn Goodnight (Matt) of Owasso; and his grandchildren, Koty Watteau, Tara White, Laramie Dobson, Destini Austin, Kennedy Goodnight (Austin Paul), Raegan Goodnight, Jaxon Goodnight and Geoffrey Gayle. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP at JWBarker599@gmail. com.
