She is survived by: her husband Kevin Blackwell; her sons, Logan Blackwell of Owasso, Ayden Blackwell, Korbyn Blackwell and Jaxyn Blackwell; her brothers, Donald "Bub" Fairchild of Inola and Michael Fairchild (Talia) of Lamar, Missouri; and her parents-in-law, Debbie and Gary Blackwell of Claremore, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many friends.
