He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewis and Mary Lewis (Clement). He is survived by: his wife Norma; his sons, Bobby (Darline), Paul (Debbie) and Bruce (Nadine); his stepchildren, Jerry, Chrissy, Elizabeth, Kirk, Margie, Dave (Missy) and BonnieNumerous; and his siblings, William Lewis, Terry Lewis and Betty Henson.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler (204 NE F St, Stigler, OK 74462).
