He is survived by: his friend Gary Nickles; his wife Sherry Hayes; his daughters, Susan and Becky Wilkins; his grandchildren, Kinsey Braden and Andy Phillips; and his sisters, Sandi Ford (Doug) and Carol Claxton (Charles). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
