He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (Chad Caruth), Jamie (Buddy Lewis), Spence (Jennifer Slaymaker) and Jacob Slaymaker (Jade Slaymaker); his grandchildren, Ashley, Ryann, Jaelee, Mackenzie, Holden and Sophie; his sister Becky; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Vandiver, Steve and Susan Caves. He is also survived by family members and wonderful friends.
