He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Waggoner and Mary Jo Armstrong; and his brother Johnny Ray Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Waggoner; his daughters, Katelyn Radi (Chris), Kesha Fuqua (Clint) and Erica Garrett (James); his grandchildren, Kynzi Thompson-Moore, Avilynn Radi, Paisley Radi, Talia Radi, Daphne Butler, Caleb Smith and Sharlett Smith; his brother Rex Waggoner (Patty); his sister-in-law Pat Waggoner; and his nephews, John Waggoner, Rex Jr. Waggoner and Neal Waggoner.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM and at 9:00 PM at the Et Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
