He is survived by: his father Kenneth Ray Gouyd; his wife Joy "Little T" Burt; his children, James Curtis Burt, Joshua Ray Burt, Brittany Nicole Williams, Wendy Rachelle Bliss and Melinda Sue Burt; his grandchildren, Damien Xavier Jay Bliss, Jadelyn, Zowie Natoma Dairy Burt, Sapheria Ann Burt, Kylie Jo Thorpe, Scarlett Ann Burt, Johnny Nova Wills, Jade Ann DeLuca, Ashton Jaymes Barber, Alexis Makenzie Barber, Emmalee JoAnne Cell and John Anthony Barber; his great grandchildren, Tristan Eugene Bliss, Isabella Renee Barber, John Anthony Barber, Jr. and Additional; and his siblings, Starlia Kay Brooks, Shannon Dean Brooks, Stewart Duane Brooks and Timothy Jon Graver.
