She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Lee Jack; and her parents, Ernest Stewart and Myrtle Stewart. She is survived by: her sons, Doug Jack (Cindy) and Jim Jack (Melissa); her grandson Jason; her cousin Barbra Jean; and her close friend Abbey.
