We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021, at the age of 59, Joan M. Fowler in Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Willow Nalbone (Smith) and Tom Nalbone. Her husband of many years, Joe. Her children, son, Dean (Lisa) Morris of Tulsa and daughter, Angelique Dorsey of Osage City, KS. Her grandchildren: Katelynn (Chad), Hunter, Kya, Deja, Sarah, Bobby, Jacie and Alex. As well as 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by the aforementioned.
