She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Stephens (Johney) of Collinsville, OK and Jenny Hyams (Chad) of Beggs, OK; her sisters, Sue Eaton (John) of Tulsa, OK and Janice Gentry (Milt) of San Antonio, TX; and her grandchildren, Johney Stephens, Jr. (Alecia), Jamie Stephens, Jarret Stephens, Cahill Hyams and Caylee Hyams.
