He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Jeanne Cummins. He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanetta Arnold, Bunny Cline (Mike Cline), Mary Jo Stoops (Darrell Stoops) and Susan Dee Cummins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
