He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Sue Blair; and his great-nephew Declan Parker Blair. He is survived by: his father Buddy Wise Blair; his brother Randy (Tammy Blair); his nephews, Jeremy (Jennie Blair) and Andrew (Tayler Blair); his great-niece Lily; and his great-nephew Liam Blair.
