He was predeceased by: his mother Opal Crain (Lord); his former wife Patricia Ann Supernaw; his father Lawrence "Ick" Supernaw; his siblings, Eleanor Supernaw, Patricia Kay Schwab, Lawrence Supernaw, Jr. and Joe Crain; his grandparents, Mary Maude Angel "Grandma" Supernaw and William James Supernaw; and his great-grandparent Louis Angel.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Supernaw; his children, Michael Ray Supernaw of Oologah and Alycia Kay King (Justin) of Vero Beach, FL; his grandchildren, David Wood (Crystal) of Tulsa, Christine Wood of Vero Beach, FL, Kristopher Wood (Shawna) of Collinsville, Julia Guptill (Mitchell) of Owasso, Jennifer Murrell (Garrett) of Claremore and Brandon Tiger of Oologah; his great grandchildren, Hayden Wood, Jacob Wood, Kayliegh Wood, Natalie Wood, Jonathan Wood, Madison Wood, Colton Murrell, Liberty Hutchins and Carson Murrell; his great great grandchild Hadley Weeden; his stepdaughter Jannifer Robinson; and his stepgrandchildren, Corey Robinson, Janissa Maasen, Donavon Lightfoot and Jannah Lightfoot. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many other relatives and friends.
