He is survived by: his wife Maureen Hughes; his sons, Bryan Hughes and Brett Hughes; his daughter-in-law Amanda Hughes; his brother Elmer Burton; his sister-in-law Lola Burton; his nephew Jim Ray Burton (Terry Burton); his brother Dorvel Burton; his siblings' children, Janet Derichsweiler and Daren Burton; his brother Jim Hughes; his sister-in-law Betsy Hughes; his siblings' children, Deidre Hughes, Jenny Hughes and Dustin Hughes; his brother Robert Hughes; and his siblings' children, Robin Hughes, Robert Hughes Jr., Christopher Hughes and Mathew Hughes. He is also survived by His family and many friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Newspring Family Church (2907 W 108th Pl S, Jenks, OK 74037).
