He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Paul; his parents, Ernest Blue and Adella Blue (Miller); and his sister Shirley White. He is survived by: his wife Mary Blue; his sister Janell Sweeney Lester (Floyd) of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his children, Theresa Hull (Daren) of Franklinton, Mark Blue (Kristi) of Bixby and Pam Hyder (Barry) of Bella Vista; and his grandchildren, Taryn Prisco (Billy), Danielle Montgomery (Ryan), Hannah DeRemer (James), Hailey Miller (Matt), Allie Blue, Hayden Smith and Nathan Blue. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
