He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Payne and Wilburn Payne; and his siblings, Jimmy, Joe, David Payne and Dorothy Young.
He is survived by: his former wife Vanita Payne; his children, Cassandra Vega (Robert) of Barling, AR, Brian Ingram (Arlene) of Pinegrove, PA and Amy Ingram of Fort Smith, AR; and his siblings, Gene Payne of Duncan, OK, Warren Payne, Lee Payne of Sulphur, OK and Faye Hook of Mill Creek, OK. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and Five great grandchildren.
