He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Rhoten and Nadine McClaflin; and his siblings, Jimmy McClaflin, Martha McClaflin-Moffet and Lester K. McClaflin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dave McClaflin, Mary McClaflin, Sam McClaflin Sr. and Alice King.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rindt-Erdman Funeral Home and Crematory (100 E Kansas Ave, Arkansas City, KS 67005).
