He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Rowe and Joseph Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Karin Rowe; his sister Nancy Wampole; his children, David Rowe (Jennifer), Dawn Vess and Tracy Pugh (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Taylor Pugh and Grant Vess.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Joe's memory, honoring his generous spirit and commitment to helping others.
