She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald W. Beggs and Fern Beggs (Milnor); and her sister Nora Jean Coleman. She is survived by: her husband Arley Owens; her children, Boyce Owens and Debbie Reed; her grandchildren, Trent Owens (Laci), Kyle Owens, Kara Holbrook (Cody), Brad Hackbirth, Natalie Reed and Sydney Reed; and her nephew Larry Turner (Kim). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
