She is survived by: her former husband Daniel Eugene O'Brien; her children, Kathleen Caudill (Myles), Eileen O'Brien, Daniel O'Brien Jr., Jennifer Krier (Tom) and Shannon Gormas; her grandchildren, Courtney Ray (Stephen), Jacob, Jordan Contatser, Harrison and Bailey Caudill; her great grandchild Gemma Ray; and her sister Louann Dyer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
