She was predeceased by: her parents, W. B. Douglas and Frances Lee Douglas; and her siblings, Johnetta Sue Douglas and Bryant Steven Douglas. She is survived by: her great-nephew Bryant Alexander Scott; and her nieces, Tracy of Tulsa, LeAnna Scott of Tulsa and Mikayla Douglas of Charlotte.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, Inc. (1947 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Facial Pain Research Foundation (FPRF) in Judy's honor.
