She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dale Bartholomew and Dorothy P. Holmes Bartholomew. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sons, Gerry Mullenix of Tulsa and Jimmy Hadley of Allen; her grandchildren, Leah Hadley and Allison Hadley; and her siblings, Kay Ufford of Paola, Betty Weabe (Nicky) of Collinsville, Oklahoma. and Dale Bartholomew (Diana) of Tulsa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Judy's memory to Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research, 12697 East 51st Street.
