She is survived by: her significant other Spurlock Jr.; her sons, Brad Spurlock (Jeanda) of Morris and Brian Spurlock of Dewar; her grandchildren, Addison Spurlock, Wesley Spurlock, Kelsey Spurlock, Kaylee Crawford (Kamie), Dustin Crawford (Regina) and Abbigail McFarling; her friend Teresa Hampton of Morris; and her brothers, Gary Cram (Betty) of Broken Arrow and Rick Cram of Henryetta.
