She is survived by: her father John Paul Elfers Sr.; her children, Justin Paul Elfers and Ashley Cheyenne Tolbert Elfers; and her siblings, John Paul Elfers Jr. and Terri Marie Elfers. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
