She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Chitwood and Iva Chitwood. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Savage; and her children, Karen Johns (Richard), Sheila Uhlman (Mark), Stephanie Aston, Wesley Savage (Shari), G'Ann Scott (Kevin), Stephen Savage (Christie) and Bryan Savage. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moore's Southlawn Chapel (9350 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74145).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathy's memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
